You did the work.
So why didn’t it work?

Perhaps you've created a vision.

You've tried to work with your current reality.

You've even learnt about structural tension and think you understand it.

Maybe you've done lots of exercises, explored yourself and tried to apply what you've learnt.

And yet, you may still find yourself asking:

Why am I not creating the results I thought I would?

This private conversation begins there.

Lucy Nolan sits down with Katherine Pham and Melinda Hogvard to talk candidly about their experience of Creative Structure: what they thought they understood, what changed when they encountered Robert Fritz's original work more directly, and what they discovered they may need to reconsider or unlearn.

FAQs

1. Why are you having this conversation?

We know many people that have studied Creative Structure and Structural Dynamics, sometimes for years, yet still find themselves experiencing patterns or results they don't fully understand and even worse, becoming disillusioned, disconnected and struggling.

This conversation creates space to explore why and also introduces an opportunity to learn and access information that allow creators to create more effortlessly.

2. Why are you focusing on Robert Fritz's work?

Robert has spent more than 40 years evolving and refining his body of work. As ideas pass through different teachers, programmes and interpretations, they can lose the core essence.

This is an opportunity to hear the principles directly from their source - Robert is a prolific creator and composer with a record of producing award-winning films, best-selling books and consulting for top Fortune 500 organisations.

3. Is this saying that what I've previously learnt is wrong?

No. The intention isn't to criticise other teachers or programmes. It's to explore, with curiosity, what may have been misunderstood, adapted or added over time and what becomes clearer when we return to the original work of a creator.

4. Why do I have to sign up to listen and submit a question?

We believe that the most candid and honest conversations happen behind closed doors where our insights and questions are less likely to be misconstrued - PLUS this way we can keep you informed easily for next steps on joining the live Q&A with Robert Fritz :)

5. What happens next?

After watching the private conversation, you can submit a question for Robert Fritz. Selected themes and questions will inform a live Q&A with Robert, giving you an opportunity to learn directly from him and explore the work more deeply.

6. How do I get support and ask more questions?

We are a team of volunteers who have created this to share Robert Fritz's work therefore we do not have a lot of resources to offer support - however you can join the Facebook Group and ask any questions there.
