1. How do I find my log in?

We are a team of volunteers so we unfortunately do not have a big support team, but with your cooperation, we can help you to find your log in easily if you follow the steps below;

a) Search for the following in your inbox or spam folders
Subject line "Important: Your access to training"
or from the email "lucy=weareimaginal.co.uk@transactional.systemeapp.com"

b) If you still haven't found your log in, please click here - enter your email again making sure it is inputted correctly AND make sure you tick and confirm the permission checkbox.

c) If you entered the email correctly, checked your spam and still dont have your log in - please follow one of the next steps;

• Use a different email account - Please avoid Yahoo, Hotmail or Outlook for best results

• If you cannot use a different email, you will need to add the below email to your safe senders and then try to register again. Please search for your email provider + "how to add a safe sender"
